Työn kehittämisen pohjaksi lähetimme suomalaisille varustamoille 1.4. kyselyn, joka on tarkoitettu niin laivoilla ja kuin konttoreissa työskenteleville.
Merenkulkija, vastaathan kyselyymme, niin saat äänesi kuuluviin! Pääset vastaamaan tästä linkistä tai oheisesta qr-koodista.
Merimieskirkossa haluamme tietää, miten olemme työssämme onnistuneet ja miten onnistuisimme paremmin. Olemme kiinnostuneet paitsi siitä, miten itse toimimme myös siitä, miten koet oman työsi. Kertomalla siitä voimme muokata työtämme vastaamaan muuttuvan merityön vaatimuksia.
Merimieskirkon tavoite on olla vahvemmin läsnä myös verkossa, jolloin yhteydenpito ei ole paikasta kiinni, kunhan yhteinen aika löytyy. Lisäksi tulemme kehittämään niin yksityis- kuin ryhmäpalveluja merenkulkijan tueksi.
Lomakkeen kaikkiin kysymyksiin ei ole pakko vastata, mutta toivomme, että vastaat mahdollisimman moneen. Kysely ei sisällä henkilötietoja, joten voit jakaa linkin myös työtovereillesi.

The Finnish Seamen’s Mission wants to keep up with the changing tides and make sure our working practices among seafarers is up to date.
The maritime industry has changed radically, and that change has affected the work done by seafarers.
We at the Finnish Seamen’s Mission want to know what we have done well and where we can be better. This questionnaire will has been sent to seafarers on ships and to the people working in the offices of Finnish shipping companies. You may also use the link or qr-code abowe to answer the questionnaire.
It is not necessary to answer all the questions in this questionnaire. We hope you will answer as many as possible so that we can get the best information possible to make our work with seafarers better. We do not ask for personal details and you can share the link to the questionnaire with your colleagues.
